Cycle Depot Policies

Pricing policies: All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We do not accept international orders. The prices shown do not include shipping or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to you at or after delivery. California residents must add 8.25% tax to their orders. We reserve the right to change a price without notice based on supply. We are not responsible for clerical, printing, and/or web publishing errors. But don't worry, most of our prices are right on the money.

Return and Exchange policies: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are ever any problems with an order you receive from us or you wish to return or exchange an item, don't hesitate to immediately email or call us to resolve the problem or get a return number (RMA) for your merchandise. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we need to charge a fee for returns or exchanges. To receive a refund for merchandise (less S&H and a 20% restocking fee) it must be new, unused, never installed or mounted, and must include all of the original packaging. We also must receive this merchandise no later than 15 days from the date that you received it. There are no refunds after 15 days. To receive a credit towards a future purchase or to exchange merchandise, the same conditions apply as in a refund, but we must receive this merchandise no later than 30 days from the date that you received it. There are no credits or exchanges after 30 days. All shipping charges that apply to the return or exchange of merchandise must be paid by the customer. All returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid, include a return number (RMA) on the outside of the box, and must be shipped insured with payment for re-shipment on exchanges. Group purchases may not be returned or refunded individually. There are no returns or refunds on Ebay auction items and/or electrical parts or accessories and closeout or blowout items.

Shipping policies: We charge you exactly what we get charged from our couriers. You wont have to pay any fake or inflated add on handling fees that most sites charge you. We no longer accept C.O.D.'s. We do accept secure funds, either money order or cashiers check, which can be mailed in. Personal and business checks will not be accepted. Some chemicals and/or batteries may have additional hazardous materials shipping charges.

Product Policies: Motorcycles, ATV's, personal watercraft and snowmobiles can be dangerous. Always wear the appropriate safety gear. The products we sell are designed for your safety but are not guaranteed to protect you from all hazards of riding. Use good judgement when riding and don't exceed your own abilities. Cycle Depot has no control over the use of any part. Cycle Depot therefore expects the customer to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any part. Cycle Depot assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the use or improper application of any parts, in any way, by any person. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, and testing of its products. We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. Our product lines change as the manufactures and distributors product lines change. We make no warranty as to the products we sell (express or implied) including, without limitation, any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. However, we will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our web site. When using credit cards, the name and billing address associated with your card must match exactly what you enter on our payment information page or we will not accept the order. If you want to pay cash you will have to visit our retail location! Shopping with us and placing an order on our site contemplates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the above policies.
